I like this game a lot. I would love to see a board game of this. It does a good job of getting you in the general mindset of investing and business. Of course you are not going to learn how to run a business, the point in more of "fun" and "teaching" you how to think financially. Personally I would like to see more I depth a analyzation of the expenses and cash flow.

I didnt think this game was going to be a good teaching tool and fun at the same time, but even my kids love it. One of the best games Ive played in the past year!

Ive been a fan of Rich Dad games for years. They have a great game with CASHFLOW Classic. This is a big departure. Capital City helps players determine whether a deal is good or bad through gameplay NOT boring tutorials. The 3d interface is a nice touch to a really nice product. Good stuff.

This is an easy game to maneuver! Teens and adults should play if interested in learning how to invest in real estate in a fun environment.

Big fan of Rich Dad Poor Dad. I’ve been playing the Cashflow board game for years and I downloaded that app when it became available last year. This is another great game that drills home the lessons of kiyosaki. It’s very fast paced! While I wish the world was a little more expansive, the rush to win and the investing lessons are too good to take away a star.

This game is a lot of fun! The graphics and buildings are fun and the cars are a nice touch. Its tough against the hard bots but I like things hard.

Wow, fun game, insanely beautiful graphics. Entertaining while I learn. Well done, highly recommend.

But once I got the hang of how the game worked, I am having fun. Its a new take on monopoly but much prettier.

Big flaw in their programming. Need to fix. AI purchase property without stopping, somtimes its not even stop at the property but still able to purchase it, in the meantime players can only purchase property when they landed on it. Need to fix this problem.

I didnt even get to start playing it, collapsed every time I tried to start a new game.

This application was very glitchy. I tried contacting the development team for over 4 weeks and they cant figure out why I receive communication error. Who wants to have 14 pending games that cannot be closed or cleared out. Apple should really take this app down because it doesnt do what It says it does

Just downloaded it ready to play with my kids but unfortunately, due to Server issues, the app crashes upon startup. To make things better, when you click on "App Support" through App Store app page itself, you land on a page with 2 kittens playing around that reads: "We shouldve let the rats run things! Were terribly sorry, but the page you are looking for cat be found. Too much? Head back to the Rich Dad homepage while we figure out what went wrong."

This is worst game ever. Nothing comparable to original cashflow game. It is just a v simplified version of monopoly for 3 yr old kid. I truly want refund.

This is the ultimate "gamification" of financial education. Its a great turn based game and more people need to play it, although, its advanced. This game needs advertising at investment websites & forums to gain popularity. It has the same fundamental mechanics of the RichDad Cashflow 101/202 boardgame & iPad App. This game has better graphics, game economics, variety, & strategy. Bought and played Cash Flow 101 and 202. Those are WAY better than this at teaching the principals. Theyre also a lot more fun than this - think of a paired down version of Cash Flow 101 with Monopoly. The strategy is simple to figure out and is the same regardless of difficulty level, making it boring after a little while. It feels like a lot more thought was put into the animation effects than creating a useful teaching tool. Id stick to the board games.

Game worked great for about 2weeks. Now it does nothing but lock up. No support, no updates, just like most things from rip off rich dad companies. They take your money and brag about how much they make from you with no intentions of ever creating a great product, just a make ting system to take the money. Wish I would have followed gut instinct and Not downloaded.

I bought this game thinking it would be as informative as the amazing game Cashflow but the engine is super clunky and the game itself is boring. Dont waste your money. Very very disappointed in this game.
